Conopida gratinata a la Jamie Oliver

- o conopida medie ca si dimensiune
- 2 oua
- 100 ml smantana
- pesmet
- o lingura de unt
- 150 g cascaval
- 50 g parmezan razuit
- sare, piper
- o lingurita de praf de usturoi
Desfacem conopida buchetele si o punem la fiert in apa cu putina sare pentru 10 minute! Dupa cele 10 minute strecuram conopida, o punem sub un jet de apa rece, o lasam sa se scurga si o asezam in tava tapetata in prealabil cu unt si pesmet!
Batem ouale, adaugam smantana si adaugam condimentele dupa gust! Turnam amestecul astfel obtinut in tava, peste conopida! Presaram cascavalul si parmezanul razuit peste conopida si dam tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 minute la 180*C!

Este foarte gustoasa calda, insa si rece este delicioasa! Merita incercata!
